Sea foams, Sea roams

I’m suspended in the heart of sea but it’s not in my best interest.

I’ve become my biggest enemy, even the currents don’t dare touch me.

My tick-tocks have been spent on heart-to-heart with the mermaid’s foam.

She made her sacrifices, I made mine.

But, love always come back. In a different song; in a different form.

I know cause I’ve failed countlessly.

I know cause I said goodbye to lovers that I never got to know.

I know cause I can feel the little glacier on the corners of my heart.

So, I continue buying myself flowers. Stay soft, don’t make them wilt again.
